Defect Tracking Help Files - Entering
Employee Information |
If
more than one user will be using Advanced Defect Tracking,
you will need to enter them in this step so they can logon
to the database. To enter employee information for all employees
who need to enter/view data follow these steps:

| 1)
From Advanced Defect Tracking select View, Employees. |
| 2)
Select Actions, Add Record. |
| 3)
Enter a first name, last name, user id and password for the
employee. Note that the user id for an employee must be unique
in the database. |
| 4)
When you are finished click the Save button. (Note that in order
for you to save a customer, you must give the customer a first
and a last name). |
| 5)
The employee information will be added to the Employees View
in the main window. |
| 6)
To enter additional employees repeat steps 2-4. |
