Advanced Defect Tracking Help Files - Entering Group Information

Currently there are two types of groups within Advanced Defect Tracking to allow you to categorize your products, and defects. A Problem Type is a group that is used to group defects into certain categories (such as New Feature, Bug, etc.). The Status Type is for grouping defects and versions into certain statuses (such as opened, active, etc.). To enter statuses you need follow these steps:
1) From Advanced Defect Tracking select View, Groups.
2) Select Actions, Add Record.
3) Enter a unique name for the group. If you wish, you may also enter notes for the status.
4) Choose a Type for the group.
5) If you wish, you may also enter notes for the status.
6) Repeat steps 2-5 to enter additional statuses.
