opened Defects, Features for a Product version |
When
you are ready to begin a new version of a Product, it is helpful
to see what defects, features etc. are still not closed. To
see opened defects for a particular product follow these steps:

| 1)From
Advanced Defect Tracking select Reports, Opened Defects by Product. |
| 2)
From the left hand list select the Product(s) you wish to report
on. |
| 3)
Select the defect status(es) you wish to see in the report. |
| 4)
Choose a date range to filter defects by. If you wish to see
all defects set a very wide date range to include all dates
possible for when a defect could have been entered. |
| 5)
Review your selections. |
| 6)
Click Ok. |
| 7)
The report shows opened defects by Product. |
