The
product in Advanced Defect Tracking can be thought of as a commercial,
or custom software project that your organization is involved in.
Each product can have an unlimited number of versions and if you
need to enter information against a product you need to have at
least one version for it. To enter a product and version:
1)
From Advanced Defect Tracking select View, Products.
2) Select Actions, Add Product.
3) Select the newly added product, and choose Actions, Add Version.
4) At this point both the product and version have been given default
names. To edit the default information for products and versions,
select the product or version and select Actions, Properties.
5) Repeat steps 2-5 above in order to enter additional product and
version information.
