If more than
one user will be using Advanced Defect Tracking you will need
to enter them so they can logon to the database. To enter
employee information for all employees who need to enter/view
data follow these steps:
1. From Advanced Defect Tracking select Employees from the
menu.
2. Enter a first name, last name, user id and password for
the employee. Note that the user id for an employee must be
unique in the database.
3. Under License select "Advanced Defect Tracking"
if you want the user to be able to log into the software.
Note, for each employee who has this option selected, a license
is required. To acquire more licenses please contact
a Borderwave Software sales representative.
4. When you are finished click the Add button. (Note that
in order for you to add an employee, you must give the employee
a first and a last name).
5. The employee information will be added to the Employee
View in the main window.
6. To enter additional employees repeat steps 2-4.
