Currently
there are three types of groups within Advanced Defect Tracking
to allow you to categorize your problem types, status types
and teams. A Problem Type is a group that is used to group
defects into certain categories (such as New Feature, Bug,
etc.). The Status Type is for grouping defects and versions
into certain statuses (such as opened, active, etc.). A Team
is for grouping employees in to certain teams (development,
sales, ect.)
To enter groups:
1. From Advanced Defect Tracking select Groups from the menu.
2. Enter a unique name for the group.
3. Choose a Type for the group.
4. If you wish, you may also enter notes.
5. When you are finished click the Add button.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 to enter additional statuses.
