Advanced Precision Estimating Help Files - Customer Form

The Customer Form is where information is added/edited for customers. If you do not wish to save your changes you can click Cancel from this form at any time. When you are satisfied with your changes, click the Save button. The following is a list of customer fields:

1) First Name – First name of customer. (Note this is a required field).
2) Last Name – Last name of customer. (Note this is a required field).
3) Reference Number – A reference number used to refer to the customer.
4) Street – The street at which the customer resides.
5) City – The city in which the customer resides.
6) State/Province – The state in which the customer resides.
7) Zip/Postal Code – The Zip or Postal code in which the customer resides.
8) Country – The country in which the customer resides.
9) Phone – The customers’ primary phone number.
10) Fax – The customers’ primary fax number.
11) Mobile – The customers’ primary mobile number.
12) Other Phone – An additional phone number field.
13) Email – Email address for the customer.
14) Web Site – Web site address for the customer.
15) Notes – Notes regarding the customer.
