Customer Form is where information is added/edited for customers.
If you do not wish to save your changes you can click Cancel
from this form at any time. When you are satisfied with your
changes, click the Save button. The following is a list of
customer fields:

First Name First name of customer. (Note this is a required
field). |

Last Name Last name of customer. (Note this is a required
field). |
| 3)
Reference Number A reference number used to refer to
the customer. |
| 4)
Street The street at which the customer resides. |
| 5)
City The city in which the customer resides. |
| 6)
State/Province The state in which the customer resides. |
| 7)
Zip/Postal Code The Zip or Postal code in which the customer
resides. |
| 8)
Country The country in which the customer resides. |
| 9)
Phone The customers primary phone number. |
| 10)
Fax The customers primary fax number. |
| 11)
Mobile The customers primary mobile number. |
| 12)
Other Phone An additional phone number field. |
| 13)
Email Email address for the customer. |
| 14)
Web Site Web site address for the customer. |
| 15)
Notes Notes regarding the customer. |
