Catalogs View displays a list of all catalogs currently entered
into Advanced Precision Estimating. The following is a list
of tasks that you can perform in the Catalogs View.

| 1)
Add a Catalog – Select Actions, Add Record. |
| 2)
Edit a Catalog – Select Actions, Edit Record. |
| 3)
Delete a Catalog – Select Actions, Delete Record. |
| 4)
Copy a Catalog – Select Actions, Copy Item. |
| 5)
Display or hide additional columns – Select View, Show/Hide
Columns. |
| 6)
Print a Catalog List – Select File/Print Preview. |
| 7)
Refresh Catalog List – Select View, Refresh. |
| 8)
Search – Enter search criteria and click Find. |
