Profile |
The
Company Profile is accessed by selecting Tools, Options and
selecting the Company Profile tab. The following information
can be changed in the Company Profile:

Name – Enter the name of your company. |
| 2)
Street – Enter the street address of your company. |
| 3)
City – Enter the city of your company. |
| 4)
State/Province – Enter the state of your company. |
| 5)
Zip/Postal Code – Enter the Zip or Postal Code for your
company. |
| 6)
Country – Enter the country for your company. |
| 7)
Phone – Enter the phone number for your company. |
| 8)
Fax – Enter the fax number for your company. |
| 9)
Email – Enter the primary e-mail address for your company. |
| 10)
Web Site – Enter the web site address for your company. |
| 11)
Tax 1 – Enter a default tax rate for your company. |
| 12)
Tax 2 – Enter a second default tax rate if necessary. The
second tax rate is calculated on top of the results of the first
tax rate. |
